Process

Ticketing instructions
1. Drifting tickets and meals purchased in the applet must be purchased at least 1 day in advance (subject to payment time). It cannot be used on the day of purchase
2. On the day of play, you can redeem the physical ticket at the office of the Marketing Department of the Scenic Area with the order from the applet. Once the physical ticket is converted into a physical ticket, the ticket cannot be refunded and refunded.
3. Drifting tickets purchased in the applet are not refunded to physical tickets, and full refunds will be accepted (the original amount will be returned and completed within 3 working days)
4. If you buy group tickets, the number of exchanges is not less than the number of groups, nor does it exceed the amount purchased. When the number of tickets is not enough, you need to go to the ticket window of the scenic area to replenish the ticket, and the fare is the retail price;
5. Group tickets cannot be used separately, and the whole group must be started and used at the same time;
6. After successfully purchasing the picnic / barbecue / group meal package, you need to call or add customer service WeChat 1 day in advance to make an appointment.
